Most of our stoneware is microwave and dishwasher safe. We recommend using a gentle, non-citrus detergent and avoiding sudden temperature changes, such as moving a plate directly from the freezer to a hot oven.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged or broken?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund for any broken pieces.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
