We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pfaltzgraff purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return your items within 90 days of purchase for a full refund of the merchandise price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging with all protective materials to ensure they arrive safely and are eligible for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your return to our warehouse.
